1. What is Craigly?
Craigly is a location-aware multi-city / multi-neighborhood Craigslist search engine with image previews in your search results, saved searches, favorites and many other features including In-App Mail and GPS-based Google Map interfaces for editing your search locations.
2. Why should I spend my hard-earned money on Craigly when there are free Craigslist apps out there?
Maybe you wanted to look for something in multiple cities without having to constantly switch between them (my personal favorite). Or maybe you wanted to see thumbnail previews with each post instead of having to dig into each one. How about saving your most frequently used searches and then running them later, at the same time, and then viewing the results in slideshow mode? No problem.
While there are other apps that may do a couple of the things that Craigly does, Craigly lets you do all this and much more.
3. How do I submit a Craigslist posting using Craigly?
Just click on the Post button located on the bottom tab bar and fill in the blanks.
4. I bought your app and it doesn't work. What gives?
As soon as you finish writing your seething review about our "worthless app", we'd love to hear from you and hopefully make things right. While we rigorously tested Craigly for bugs, we know that it is likely that we missed a few. If you are a victim of a programming bug, shoot us an email at feedback@mothertuckerllc.com with the details.
We promise we won't ignore you and, if we determine that it is indeed a bug, we will do everything within our power to make the fix as an In-App-Update or (worst case) include fix in the next release. All we ask is that you try to keep an open mind and know that other factors (connectivity, changes to the Craigslist website, etc), could also be contributing to the issue you are experiencing.
5. Why doesn't a particular city/category/etc show up on the list but comes up fine on the Craigslist website?
If you locate a city or category that isn't on the list, please let us know by emailing feedback@mothertuckerllc.com and we we'll add it with an In-App-Update or tell you why it is currently excluded. Due to the amount of information scaterred across the different cities, we typically rely on users to let us know if something has changed or is missing.
Craigly has the ability to perform live updates for cities and categories, in case Craigslist decides to add new ones to their website. You can also ensure that you are running the latest locations and category lists by going to More -> Check for Updates. If we posted a newer update, you will be prompted to download it which typically takes only a few seconds.
6. What is the difference between Craigly and Craigly Lite?
Craigly Lite is a Free version of Craigly but only allows 5 saved searches and limits the number of locations per search to 5. Craigly has no limitations and only costs $.99 USD.
